Our Return Policy:
ROW will accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on www.roseoutwest.com for store credit ONLY within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition free of perfume, makeup, pet hair or deodorant stains.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
Final sale & Sale items, accessories: jewelry and hats cannot be returned.
A pre-paid return label will be generated and sent to you via email. Once we receive your return, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your total return amount.
We do not refund shipping costs.
Returns received within 14 days of delivery will be inspected for signs of wear or use. If the item is deemed in returnable condition. Your package must be post-marked and sent back within 14 days of the original delivery date.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 5 days. Item(s) cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, ROW can no longer be responsible.
All sale items are final sale. Sales include but are not limited to flash sales, coupon codes & final sale items. Purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We get it, we shop online too and sometimes the sizing or fit just isn't right. To initiate an exchange message us in our return portal.
Once we receive your return, your exchanged item will then be shipped out.
Shipping
Shipping & handling charges on your order are non-refundable. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.
If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size), you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.
ROW is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered." Please contact your local post office to settle a claim or track package.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be made.
